· Movement of the pointer due to mechanical vibration is absorbed by the viscous drag of the glycerin liquid in the hermetically-sealed pressure gauge. Movement of the Bourdon tube is also absorbed, thereby absorbing the pulsating pressure of the fluid.
· Glycerin liquid serves as lubricating oil for the friction part of the bearing and gear in the pressure gauge, thereby ensuring durability of the internal mechanism.
· Safety measures are provided to ensure that the front glass is not thrown away and hydraulic oil is purged out of the safety valve, if the Bourdon tube be broken.
· Since the green safety mark is attached to the circumference of the case, pressure range setting can be set easily (only for 60 mm-diameter type).
Select a pressure gauge whose top pressure reading is more than double the applicable pressure range.
Instruction for use
· Some combinations of shape, size, and pressure range are not available. Please refer to the type table for making your selection.
· The glycerin pressure gauge should be mounted vertically; otherwise an indication error or leakage of glycerin liquid may occur.
· We do not offer glycerin pressure gauge with a special hand-written graduation.
· Before use, remove the tip of the safety cap of the glycerin pressure gauge up to the 1MPa indication.
· As there is little torque of the Bourdon tube in pressure gauges of less than 1MPa, When the torque of the Bourdon tube in the pressure gauge up to the 1MPa indication is small, the temperature change (internal pressure change) in the gauge case will affect the indication accuracy. By removing the tip of the safety cap, a balance between the internal pressure and atmospheric pressure can be maintained, thereby preserving accuracy. After removing the safety cap tip, make sure that the safety cap faces upwards to prevent leakage of glycerin liquid.
